Today proceed to full day sightseeing’s at Bodhgaya. For Buddhists, Bodh Gaya is the most important of the main four pilgrimage sites related to the life of Gautama Buddha, the other three being Kushinagar, Lumbini, and Sarnath. In 2002, Mahabodhi Temple, located in Bodh Gaya, became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visiting Mahabodhi temple contains the Mahabodhi Temple with the diamond throne (called the Vajrasana) and the holy Bodhi tree. This tree was originally a sapling of the Sri Maha Bodhi tree in Sri Lanka, itself grown from a sapling of the original Bodhi tree. Drive pass Niranajana River, continue visit Sujata Village, Sujata was the name of the young woman who fed rice milk to the emaciated Siddhartha Gautama.Overnight stay at the hotel in Bodhgaya.

Today transfer to Nalanda ,Its was an ancient centre of higher learning in Bihar from the fifth century AD to 1197 AD .Visit The ruins of ancient university & museum. Continue to Rajgir. The city of Rajgir was the first capital of the kingdom of Magadha, a state that would eventually evolve into the Mauryan Empire. Visit Gridhkuta Peak (lift chair), the place is atop a small hill and believed to be a meditating place of Lord Buddha.
On the top of the hill, there is a Viswa Shanti Stupa (Peace Stupa) build by the Government of Japan. One can reach the monument by using the ropeway or the flight of 600+ stone steps leading to the top of the hill. Venuvanaram (Bamboo grove). Is said to be a bamboo grove gifted to Lord Buddha by Bimbisara, the then king of Magadh. Bimbisara Jail (Photo stop), This archeological site is believed to be the jail in which King Ajatshatru has imprisoned his father Bimbisara. From his prison cell, Bimbisara could see Buddha meditating on the Gridhakuta. later transfer Vaishali. Overnight stay at the hotel in Vaishali.

After breakfast at hotel . Vaishali- Its was a city in Bihar, India, and is now an archeological site. It was the capital city of the Licchavi, considered one of the first examples of a republic, in the Vajjian Confederacy (Vrijji) mahajanapada, 6th century BCE. Visit Kutagarasala Vihara , is the monastery
where Buddha most frequently stayed while visiting Vaiśālī. It is located 3 kilometres from the relic Stupa, and on its ground can be found the Ānanda Stupa, with an Asokan pillar in very good condition (perhaps the only complete Asokan pillar left standing), and an ancient pond. Transfer to Kushinagar. after Lunch, visit Rambhar Stupa- It marks the site where the Lord Buddha was cremated. In ancient Buddhist texts, this Stupa has been referred to as ‘Mukut-Bandhan Chaitya’, Mahaparinirvana Temple; this houses a 6.10 meter long statue of the reclining Buddha. The image was unearthed during the excavations of 1876. Carved from Chunar sandstone, the statue represents the dying Buddha reclining on his right side. An inscription below dates the statue to the fifth century. Overnight will be at Kushinagar.

Morning drive to Lumbini – the birth place of Lord Buddha (180 kms and 05 hrs drive). On arrival, transfer to hotel. . Afternoon visit the birth place of Buddha – Augadevi Temple. This place is a blessed one for its serenity and the natural beauty, purely coinciding to the perception of a place where the legend was born. Overnight stay at Lumbini hotel.

Morning leave for Sravasti (225 kms and 5.30 hrs drive) enroute visiting Kapilavastu – the childhood home of Gautam Buddha. Afterthat proceed to Sravasti where the Buddha preached most of his sermons. Here he is said to have performed many miracles, and levitated. During the monsoon, he used to stay at the Jetavana monastery on the outskirts of this town. Visit Sahet Mahet and Angulimal caves. Overnight stay in Sravasti.

Morning proceed to Varanasi (340 kms / 09 hrs drive)- one of the oldest living cities of the world. On arrival Varanasi, Check In hotel later proceed to Ganges river bank enjoy Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

Today early morning boat ride on the holy river Ganges, at Ganga the sound of prayer and the mystical atmosphere of faith that breathes really leaves you speechless. Impressive to watch people from the boat rowing on the river that flows silent and listen to the songs gods. Later back to hotel for Breakfast Proceed to Sarnath, Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma, and where the Buddhist Sangha came into existence through the enlightenment of Kondanna. Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park , This is the most conspicuous structure at Sarnath. Sarnath museum is the oldest site museum of Archaeological Survey of India. It houses the findings and excavations at the archaeological site of Sarnath, by the Archaeological Survey of India. Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, is modern temple has been erected by the Mahabodhi Societyl. Lunch at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

This morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel, depart to Bodhgya from Varanasi Later transfer to Airport to board the flight to onward destination.
