Today morning Arrival In Chandigarh and travel towards Narkanda Dinner & over night stay in Narkanda Hotel.

Today morning after breakfast, drive from to Sangla.On the way visit Sarahan Bhima Kali Temple.Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle Himalayas which is also known as Baspa valley – the prettiest valley in Himachal. Arrive at Sangla & check-in to your Hotel. After a delicious dinner, sleep comfortably overnight.Today explore the vicinity around including an ancient Kamru Fort & Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi.

Today morning after breakfast,   leave for an excursion to Chitkul – the last Village on old Indo-Tibetan trade route. Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream.
After enjoy at Chitkul  drive to Kalpa. 2670 meters above the sea level, Kalpa is the district headquarter of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. On reaching Kalpa, check-in to your Hotel. Once known as Chini, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years. Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivling that changes the colour as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa – Hu Bu Lan Kar, Narayan Nagini Temple.. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Today have breakfast at hotel, then start your drive to Tabo. En-route stop for a visit to Nako village& Nako Lake. Explore the monastery of Nako that compromise of four temples. Marvel at the ancient murals, Buddhist painting dating back to the 11th century. Attend the ritual prayers of the monks at the monastery. After that drive to Tabo (65 KM 02 Hrs Journey) on arrival in Tabo, check in at hotel for overnight stay.

About Nako

Nako is a village in the Himalayas of northern India, located near the Indo-China border in the Trans-Himalayan region of Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh. Nako Lake is a prominent feature here where it borders the village.

About Tabo

Tabo is a small town in the Lahaul and Spiti district on the banks of the Spiti River in Himachal Pradesh, India. The town lies on the road between Rekong Peo and Kaza, the sub-divisional headquarters of Spiti. The town surrounds a Buddhist monastery which, according to legend, is said to be over a thousand years old.

We drive to the high villages of Dhankar. (35 KM 01 Hrs Journey) Continue driving on the famous Hindustan – Tibet Highway or the NH 22 – This stretch famously known as one of “most treacherous roads of the world” by the lonely planet in a visual spectacle. Visit Dhankar, which is renowned for its 1200-year old monastery balanced precariously on a rocky precipice. We proceed to Pin Valley National Park. Imagine a national park with an abundance of animals and birds, with some rare plant varieties, a river that gushes when it isn’t frozen and trekking opportunities for the adventure-seekers. The Pin Valley promises all this and more. We first visit the Kungri Monastery and then the beautiful hamlet of Mudh – the last motorable village of the Pin Valley. Declared a national park in 1987, Pin Valley has altitudes ranging from 11,000 to 20,000 feet and is home to at least 12 endangered snow leopards. In addition, other animals indigenous to the region and park are the Siberian Ibex, Bharal, Weasel, Red fox and Marten. Birds such as the Pika, Griffon, Golden eagle, Bearded vulture, Chukor and Raven paint the skies a pretty picture. Later Proceed to Kaza – the commercial capital of the Spiti valley and spend the night in a Kaza hotel.

About Dhankar

Dhankar Gompa is a village and also a Gompa, a Buddhist temple in the district of Lahaul and Spiti in India. It is situated at an elevation of 3,894 metres in the Spiti Valley above Dhankar Village, between the towns of Kaza and Tabo.

About Pin Valley National Park

Pin Valley National Park is the only National Park in Himachal Pradesh which is situated in the cold desert area. The park covering an area of 675 sq km as core zone and 1150 km as buffer zone. There are about 17 villages situated in the periphery of the park with a total population of about 1600 people.

Today morning after breakfast  we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world.We begin our day by heading to Komik, which literally translates to “eye of a snow cock”, the highest village in Asia situated at the height of 14,806 feet. With the tiny population of 84 people, this isolated farm village is surrounded by soft brown pastures and snow-white mountain peaks.We further drive to the world’s highest post office in the world in Hikkim, where you may even meet the post-master and hear his stories.After sending a postcard out, we drive to the picturesque village of Langza. As you walk back to the prehistoric era when Spiti was submerged by the Tethys Sea, as you explore a land very rich with fossils of Marine animals and plants which were here millions of years ago.Today, we also visit the world-famous Ki Monastery, situated at a height of 13,668 feet. With over 1000 years’ worth stories to tell, Ki Monastery was founded by the discipline of the famous Atisha in the 11th century CE.Belonging to the Yellow Hat or Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism, this monastery is famous as a prominent centre of learning.A monk guides us through the monastery as we overlook the endless plains, seeking peace and calm.Then go for the tour for Kiber Village.We drive back to Kaza by evening and spend the night at our comfortable hotel.

Today morning after breakfast  we drive Kaza – Manali road. However, we take one last stop at another Spitian wonder – Chandratal Lake. The mystical and beautiful Chandratal Lake, which translates to Moon Lake, is located at a height of 14,100 feet. The Chandra Bhaga mountain range forms a striking backdrop for the lake, which changes appearance according to the pictures painted in the sky.After capturing the colours of the beautiful Chandratal Lake, we drive to our camping site where a hot supper under the gaze of a million stars and the Milky Way awaits us.Our camps at Chandratal Lake are equipped with camping equipment including tents, high altitude sleeping bags / blankets and a comfortable mattress.

Today after breakfast travel back to Manali. Transfer to Manali. As we pass through Atul Tunnel. and Visit Sissu village, Khoksar Dinner & overnight stay in Manali.

Today after breakfast transfer to Chandigarh. Cab will Drop you at Chandigrah airport / railway station. Tour ends  with sweet memories.
